Summary

Responsible for contacting new patients to set up medical devices, monitoring for patients’ initial readings, walking through device setup, and scheduling first contact with patient’s nurse.

Responsibilities

• Contact new patients to set up medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucometers, scales, and pulse oximeters
• Assist patients with the setup of their medical devices

• Assist patients with any medical device troubleshooting issues
• Monitor for patients’ initial device readings to ensure that readings are transmitting to monitoring platform
• Input the new patient’s information into the monitoring platform
• Within 24 hours of the equipment’s arrival at the patient’s home:

• Contact the patient and schedule an appointment with the patient’s nurse
