Part Time Bookkeeping & Office Assistant

We're looking for part time help 10-15hrs/week with bookkeeping + office administration tasks on-site in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

• Prepare monthly invoices in Quickbooks, based on variable monthly fees tracked in client management spreadsheet
• Process accounts receivable
• Prepare weekly QB reports to share with leadership team
• Run aging reports + follow up with clients regarding late payments
• Processing payments for 1099 contractors

Payroll & HR support

• Prepare timesheet reports for part-time employees
• Calculate and enter commissions for specific employees
• Miscellaneous research, as needed (insurance questions, industry survey analysis, reporting issues, etc)
• Submitting Simple IRA payments each pay period

Office Management

• Checking mail...
