Occupational Therapy Lead

General Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Representation: The OT Lead is responsible for providing guidance, support, and representation for the OT department in their designated building.
2. Coordination and Communication: The OT Leads are expected to relay directives from the OT Supervisor and Building Leader (Principal) to the OT/PT department. The OT leads are expected to provide effective inter and intra department communication by coordinating OT services to ensure consistency in practice and approach.
3. Quality Assurance: The OT Leads will uphold and promote the highest standards of OT practice, ensuring services are delivered with excellence and integrity. They will maintain and enhance the quality of OT services provided, ensuring adherence to established standards, guidelines,...
