Non-Profit Executive Director

The Common Market is seeking a dedicated and passionate Executive Director for the Great Lakes Chapter to lead our efforts in connecting communities with local food from sustainable family farms. This role will oversee the operations of the Great Lakes food distribution hub while championing our mission of fostering a fair and accessible food system. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit management, a strong understanding of the food distribution landscape, and a commitment to community engagement and sustainability.

The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, and relationship building with farmers, community organizations, and institutional partners.
