We are seeking a Night Manager to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Night Manager in Norfolk, Virginia!

As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and effectively working with Independent Contractors (IC). You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the highest level of service delivery in various types of facilities including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and more.

WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND DEPENDABLE NIGHT MANAGER // JANITORIAL WORKING LEADER.

It is essential you have experience in finalizing and verifying work has been completed fro janitorial services.

Must have the flexibility to go to multiple sites per night.

On a nightly basis the position requires the individual to inspect and at times perform the duties outlined in the scope of work. Must have good communication skills with the manager via email, text and phone calls to correct issues and meet other managers at the sites for inspections and inventory audits.

Schedule will vary Monday to Sunday hours are pending on the sites you are responsible for.
