MRI Tech

The MRI Technologist performs technical procedures, applying magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation (Radiographer) for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates equipment used to produce the magnetic image and expose the x-ray image as well as process and organize the image in PACS.

Requirements

Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required

·         Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts to include head, neck, body, MSK, spine and MRI imagine

·         1yr min MRI exp required; 3 yrs MRI exp preferred:

·         FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License

·         ARRT (R) & (MR) Required *CANDIDATES MUST HAVE...
