Membership Associate

Reporting to our Director, CRM and Membership, the Associate Manager, CRM and Membership will be responsible for helping to develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategy for the regions in our Western market. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical hybrid who understands the customer data environment and can minimize churn through segmentation, engagement and campaign optimization while constantly looking for new growth opportunities. 

Responsibilities:  

• Strategize, design, and develop regular email marketing campaigns. 

• Partner with brand and product marketing teams to manage a calendar of incoming campaign requests while taking the grander customer journey into consideration.

FIRMSPACE Membership Associate (Full-Time, Temporary)

Early/Mid-August to End-September

At Firmspace, our Membership team does more than provide offices in a shared workspace. This team provides top-notch hospitality and exceptional support to our current and prospective members. We work together to deliver an extraordinary experience in a distinctive space for our business professionals.

We are seeking a hospitable, organized, proactive team member to join Firmspace Austin as a Membership Associate on a temporary basis.

This individual provides support to our Austin team from early/mid-August until the end of September.

This temporary position reports to the VP of Sales and Development.
