Under the close supervision of the Clinical Director, the Case Manager provides direct professional social work services and case management to homeless populations such as children, seniors, substance abusers, and physically or mentally ill individuals. This position will take place at the Eastside Family Shelter in Rosedale, MD.

The Case Worker will have two areas of Case Management focus: Housing and Linkage with Benefits and Community Service Providers.
