Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Lead the strategic use of CRM solutions and lifecycle marketing automation to win new business and cultivate loyalty amongst our small/medium customer base. In this role, you will seamlessly connect with diverse customer personas through data-driven strategies, nurturing meaningful engagement and catalyzing growth. Your mission is to design and execute our lifecycle automation program based on market insights to reach unparalleled efficiency, personalization, and impact across our SME channel.

• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lifecycle marketing automation across all business units and product offerings for SME channel customers 
• Define lifecycle stages for each product line by measurable criteria and used within HubSpot (the CRM)
