Lexus Shop Foreman

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is currently seeking a Shop Foreman with Rallye Lexus! The Shop foreman must ensure the quality of service work performed by fully utilizing all the resources of the service department; serve as a liaison between the service advisors and technicians, as well to serve as coordinator and technical advisor for all repeat shop repairs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat service customers by ensuring that customer vehicles are repaired and maintained properly “fixed right the first time.”
• Keep up to date knowledge of Lexus products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by training on the job, and attending training programs.
