Lead Product Manager, Platform

About The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who lives and breathes data-based product thinking, to turn our reading assessments into gamified experiences that kids love, and orienting our company towards using metrics to find insights about the product and the learner.

In this role, you will actively define and deliver features, processes, and optimizations that help us innovate literacy solutions for learners from underserved demographics. You will be responsible for on-time delivery and release that is in-line with the organization’s short- and long-term product goals. Working alongside researchers and curriculum experts, you will be the product driver for using data, assessments, and testing to build the best possible learning experience overall, and also personally for each individual learner.
