Whizz is preparing to launch its first location in Washington, D.C., and we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Bike Mechanic to oversee operations and customer interactions at our new store. This role combines technical expertise with customer service responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
As the Lead Bike Mechanic, you will manage the store, perform maintenance and repairs on e-bikes, and assist customers in choosing the right solutions to meet their needs.
