IT Support Specialist (On-site)

Delaney Computer Services seeks a highly motivated, Microsoft Certified, outgoing IT nerd who's customer-oriented and driven by solving and completing IT tasks for a Level I Desktop and Field IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline technical support and troubleshooting services related to Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level client support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
• Occasional travel to client sites to maintain and troubleshoot network, servers, and desktops.
• Troubleshooting of low-voltage cabling and network devices such as wireless access points, switches, and IOT devices.
