Human Resources Generalist - Grand Rapids

Anna's House is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Human Resources Generalist who has solid experience in benefits to join our Support Center team.

The Human Resources Generalist will manage various human resources programs and have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, such as benefits, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This role will be familiar with labor law and employment regulations. The HR Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like maintaining employee records; organizing trainings; administering employee onboarding paperwork, benefits and leaves; and executing HR policies. This role will use Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
