Hospitality & Engagement Director

The EDGE Urban Church is seeking a Hospitality & Engagement Director to join our team with a passion to help people find belonging. The Hospitality & Engagement Director will play a key role in leading and cultivating a culture where individuals discover they matter, develop strong relationships with others and find support for their faith journey. This individual will collaborate with a team to implement the relational pathway that helps individuals become engaged in the life and mission of the EDGE.

What you will do:

 Recruit, train, develop, and coach hospitality volunteers

 Plan and coordinate how your team of volunteers greets, seats & treats people well at weekly worship services

 Follow up with guests mid-week

 Provide leadership and direction of the EDGE systems that help people move through their connections and spiritual growth milestones
