Government Contract Specialist

The Government Contracts Administration and Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s government-related contracts throughout their lifecycle related to product sales and development. This role involves reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for all contractual agreements as well as maintaining the company’s registrations with the US Government (SAM.gov, JCP, DD2345, CAGE codes, etc.) to be well positioned to bid and win additional government work.  

This role will be the ITAR & EAR compliance officer for Luxium Solutions, with additional support from site sponsors.This position requires the highest ethical standards in contract management. Understanding the importance of confidentiality, transparency, and fairness in all contract dealings is essential.
