About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner with expertise in international employment law to join our dynamic HR team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR practices, compliance, and international employment regulations. This position would support acquired WM Partners' companies such as Allergy Research Group & Primal Harvest with international responsibility.  

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver HR support to employees and managers and enhance programs: including; compensation, benefits, payroll and leave, immigration filings, HRIS, employee relations, talent management, rewards and recognition, training and development 
• Ensure accuracy of employee records to ensure the accurate maintenance, updating and auditing of manual and electronic employee records
