GIS Intern Summer 2024

Scout's GIS intern will contribute to the GIS team's goal of fostering successful renewable project development by leveraging data throughout the project lifecycle. You will leverage your analytical skills to enhance the processes of the GIS team and directly support the development of utility scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. As an intern, you will work on one of the outlined projects below in addition to contributing to the core functions of the GIS team.

Project Summary Table - the current Scout project summary table is a go-to resource for project information for many teams across the company, including GIS, but there is a lack of systems in place to maintain data recency, quality, or completeness.
