Front Office/Receiving/Inventory Clerk

Receiving/Inventory Responsibilities:

• Organize and store incoming materials
• Receiving truck orders
• Rotating inventory
• Stocking and doing cycle count/inventory audits
• Create receiving purchase orders and electronically receiving inventory within the WMS system.
• Prepare products to be received or shipped from warehouse/department Match actual product to associated documentation
• Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation
• Prepare reject inputs and track reject issues/occurrences
• Asist Supervisor to ensure that all negatives in locations are cleaned each day from WMS system
• Handle filing duties for all applicable documentation
• Assist in verifying receipt items for inventory or delivery to staff/plant floor.
• Perform frequent inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory
