Front Desk Patient Advocate

FusionSleep is an accredited, independent medical practice that is 100% dedicated to sleep medicine.

We are currently seeking friendly and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Patient Advocate at our FusionSleep locations. This position will be located at our Suwanee, Johns Creek PKWY location. As a Front Desk Patient Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and waiting room area
• Greet patients with kindness and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the patients experience.
• Verifying and updating patient demographics and insurance verification.
