Fleet Support Engineer

Royalty Staffing is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Fleet Support Engineer to be actively engaged in the operational uptime of the company fleet.

In this role, you'll diagnose complex hardware/software related issues, interface with cross-functional engineering teams to drive resolution, capture the troubleshooting details and place them in the internal knowledge database. This role will require flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed with advanced notice.

We are looking for someone that has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (e.g. transportation, aerospace or autonomous vehicles). Ideally you have experience with electric vehicle technology and remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.
