The primary responsibilities of the Journeyman Electrician are to work directly with the Electrical Field Operations Manager to coordinate electrical construction jobs and projects and ensure the most efficient use of time and resources. These responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and controlling resources to maximize productivity and meet our end goal, which is meeting or beating the project budget. Along with these responsibilities the Journeyman Electrician will assist on projects as the Electrical Lead, while helping to ensure quality and proper training of Crew Leaders and Helpers. Consistently demonstrates proficiency in all essential duties.
