The position is based in Glen Allen, VA with other positions available in Lexington, KY and Virginia Beach, VA.

• Creating and editing plans and BIM models
• Performing lighting and engineering calculations, and preparing cost estimates
• Selecting equipment and creating schedules, diagrams, and details
• Supporting construction phase activities like reviewing submittals and answering RFIs
• Editing and checking specifications and design documents
• Other tasks as needed, with occasional travel
