EPIC Early Learning is seeking a highly motivated and passionate ECEAP Early Learning Coach to join our team. As a private, nonprofit organization, EPIC has been providing early childhood educational services to children and families in Central Washington for over 35 years. Our mission is to empower children to reach their full potential through nurturing relationships, engaging experiences, and high-quality education.

The ECEAP Early Learning Coach will play a critical role in providing coaching and support to early childhood educators in EPIC's Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP). You will collaborate with teachers and teaching teams to enhance the quality of instruction, curriculum, and classroom environments, leading to improved outcomes for children and families.
