Driver Orientation Coordinator

The Driver Orientation Coordinator will assist in managing the onboarding and orientation process for new drivers at our Bridgeview, IL location. This on-site position supports all aspects of orientation for 15-20 new drivers weekly, from introducing company policies to assisting with truck assignments. The goal is to help provide an outstanding onboarding experience that sets drivers up for success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a basic understanding of DOT regulations, and a passion for delivering exceptional support during the orientation process.
