Drafting Technician

• Preparing boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys in design software
• Executing deed research and deed plotting
• Communicating with team members and supervisors
• Providing complete and accurate project submittal/surveys for project completion

Requirements

• Experience with Carlson Software and AutoCAD is a plus
• Technical, mathematically inclined problem solving
• Strong computer and communication skills

In this role, you will prepare accurate and precise technical drawings for various engineering and construction projects. You will work closely with surveyor project managers, quality control managers, and other team members to ensure that project requirements are met and designs are executed effectively. • Convert rough sketches, calculations, and specifications into detailed technical drawings
• Prepare plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects
• Collaborate with surveying professionals to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs
