Full Job Description
This position will be responsible for the installation, cleaning, and maintenance of draft lines and systems.
Position Responsibilities
- Travel to on-premise accounts and perform draft cleaning and maintenance.
- Meticulously follow established draft line cleaning procedures and ensure draft lines are flushed with clean water from the water-only tank for customer safety.
- Ensure product is properly rotated and within date.
- Check the operation of draft equipment and make repairs and/or adjustments as needed.
- Immediately report all draft equipment repairs or replacement needs to the senior on-premise area manager.
- Complete daily digital/paper logs at the end of each workday.
- Maintain adequate inventory of draft maintenance supplies on van and report low equipment inventory to the senior on-premise area manager.
- Assist with brewery pick-ups as needed.
- Assist team members, including sales representatives and drivers, to ensure our accounts receive excellent service.
- Participate in event setups, breakdowns, cleanups, and working events as assigned.
- Represent the company well and provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage and maintain professional communication with all customers.
- Maintain all company equipment & assigned vehicle by keeping it clean, completing preventative maintenance, and immediately reporting any damage.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to successfully complete a drug screening and a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have an understanding of draft equipment.
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of alcohol sales and distribution laws in South Carolina.
- Must have an excellent work ethic and the ability to professionally represent our company at all times.
- Have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use handheld devices, read, count, add communicate via email, and complete reports.
- Proven working experience pulling and packing orders in a warehouse environment is ideal
- The ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a positive, team-player attitude
- Willingness to lean all aspects of managing on-premise accounts.
- Willingness to wear a uniform and work in all weather - moving frequently between inside and outside.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work before, during, and after holidays.
- Good organizational and time management skills
