Donor Engagement Operations Manager

Start Pay ~ $61,000 annually, with the final salary determined by geographic market rate for the selected candidate.

This role will work from home and can be located in any state in the United States where Rise Against Hunger currently operates.

About the Role

The Donor Engagement Operations Manager is accountable for analyzing and maintaining donor data and identifying new ways to leverage donor information to facilitate increased fundraising. The role will support contributed revenue projects through re-engagement strategies, third-party giving, and matching gifts. 

This position is established to be a liaison between the fundraising and organization-wide operations to optimize donor data utilization by providing transparent communications and  alignment on organizational needs.
