The Director of Optical Manufacturing is a critical leadership position responsible for managing our lab operations across three shifts, ensuring that we consistently exceed our standards for quality and efficiency. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role demands a leader who is a master communicator, creative, self-motivated, and holds themselves accountable for the lab’s performance.

• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in turn times while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reducing breakage. Develop strategies for effective data utilization to enhance throughput and productivity.
