We are currently recruiting a CX Projects Specialist, reporting to our Associate Director, CX Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Project Manager to help plan, execute, and launch new packaging products. Job Description:  This job will act as a liaison between the Plant-level Operations team and the remote Customer Service team.  Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Customer Project Specialist will manage customer orders through their full life cycle (up to 6 months per project) and report status to respective Customer Service team member.  These positions report to the Plant Manager and will be part of cross functional plant team (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Planning departments).  The role will focus on delivering projects on time and providing proactive communication of delays in delivery timeline.
