USA Clinics Group is growing and seeking a motivated Credentialing Specialist to join our team! The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for maintaining active status for all providers by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by Medicare and Medicaid, commercial payers, hospitals, and regulatory agencies.

This position is flexible to be hybrid 2-3 days per week in the Northbrook, IL office required.

The Credentialing Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating, monitoring, and managing all aspects of the credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging processes for Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center’s medical, dental, behavioral health, and other healthcare providers. This on-call position ensures compliance with credentialing and privileging requirements by obtaining and verifying all necessary information, maintaining accurate provider files, and preparing relevant documentation for reporting purposes.
