Composite Fabricator | Technician

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is in transitioning product(s) from Composite Engineering group to implementation and ongoing manufacturing within our manufacturing facility. This involves working closely with R&D department to understand the detailed processes of working with composites, helping to define / develop manufacturing processes, and helping to ensure the safety of others and the product throughout the process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Abides by all safety policies. Maintains awareness of and follows all safety rules, including use of safety equipment such as safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, gloves, aprons, respirators, machine guards, etc.
• Works on the composites manufacturing implementation efforts starting at the River Road facility and eventually transitioning to the Westgate Manufacturing Facility.
