Community Learning Center Program Officer

The Henrico Education Foundation (HEF) plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing high-quality programming for the students attending Henrico County Public Schools. We contribute towards the educational success and well-being of our community’s youth.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Program Officer to lead and manage all aspects of the Community Learning Center Programs in nine schools. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, programming, and administration of the CLC Programs including academics and managing operational policy and procedures.
• Develop departmental goals and objectives inclusive of program evaluation and explore and pursue innovative opportunities and new program funding
