Position Summary
The April Parker Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity for a Community Intervention Worker Intern ages 14-18 to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in assisting individuals and families who are facing various challenges and barriers within the community. This internship will provide valuable exposure to community-based work, social services, and violence prevention initiatives.
The Community Intervention Worker Intern will work closely with experienced staff members and participate in community outreach efforts, community events, and engagement activities. You will assist in identifying individuals who may be at risk of community violence and providing support services to promote safety and well-being.
