We empower educators, artists, and students by providing resources and services that elevate the quality of theatre education nationwide. 

About the Role:  

We’re seeking a strategic Chief Learning Officer (CLO) who will lead the design, development, and delivery of professional learning programs, resources, and services for our members. The CLO will ensure that all educational initiatives align with our strategic priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our educational team. 

Job Location: This is a fully remote position.

Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 per year.
