As a Regional Manager, you will oversee 7-10 jail kitchens where you will be responsible for coaching and providing leadership to each kitchen’s management team to aid them in operating a successful and profitable site, taking weekly or bi-weekly inventories, ordering food and other kitchen items, and weekly reporting to corporate office staff. Excellent customer service and food quality should be the goal of every team member. You will report directly to the President of the company. Our Regional Managers are not afraid to get their hands dirty. When they see that help is needed at a unit, they do what it takes to get the job done.

- Working with the kitchen management teams (County employees) at assigned units.
