Business Systems / Process Analyst - SME

CeLeen is seeking a Business Systems / Process Analyst - SME for a contract within the Department of Defense (DoD) at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).

Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Capture and identify areas/process for improvement.
• Create process change by integrating new processes with existing processes.
• Devises or modifies procedures for user needs.
• Perform system analysis and configuration of activities.
• Compare activities to current business process.
• Improve automation solution scope.
• Identify optimization opportunities.
• Review entity-level controls
• Provide continuous review of the operating effectiveness of lower-level controls, processes, and system operations.
• Assist in process improvements to correct known and recurring issues.
