The Behavior Analyst (“BA”) is responsible for the day-to-day design and implementation of the programming within the ABA Services Program. The BA engineers all aspects of treatment to support the execution of clinical treatment plans, ensures treatment environment is set up and stimulus materials match client objectives, arranges and re-arranges parts of treatment conditions to maintain client engagement and progress, reviews summarized client and staff data to inform treatment, provides staff training, serves as clinical liaison for outside clinicians, and participates in family support and training activities as needed.
