Blender / Compound Mixing Operator (Manufacturing)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Compound Operator / Blender! This role runs the overall production of raw materials for blending and mixing. Duties and responsibilities include overseeing the production process to ensure it runs smoothly, safely and meets quality standards. They must keep a clean environment while maintaining plant machines such as mixers, scales and control functions.

These roles will be based in our facility in Lawton, OK and will start at $22.88/hr! They are required to work 12-hour night shifts (9:00 pm – 9:00 am on a 2, 2, 3 continental schedule).
