As a Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our global benefits packages and compensation programs that align with XRs mission, vision, and business objectives, and attract and retain top talent. Partnering with our People & Culture leadership team, you will act as an advisor on all matters related to our global benefits and non-executive compensation. We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team at Royalty Hospitality Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. You will work closely with the HR team, insurance providers, and employees to provide excellent customer service and support related to benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
• Process and track benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with employees regarding benefits programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits
• Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claims and ensure accurate billing

• Under minimal supervision, administers Active Employee Health and Welfare benefit programs and internal programs.
• Manages complex plans and vendors. Creates communication project plan annually. Leads Benefits communications project plan and develops communications.
• Participate and complete Benefit Surveys annually.
