About us:

Socii Capital is an early-stage technology investment fund that specializes in backing founders building ‘Software Enabled Digital Infrastructure’. Our business model is to lead/co-lead early stage rounds. We have established locations in both the US (~70% of our portfolio) and Europe, with a strong track record of successful exits (~40% of the legacy portfolio). Our current fund is early in its deployment cycle and we aim to place ~10 more bets in the next 18-24 months.

We believe that we are fundamentally differentiated in:

• We are specialists by nature. We like to focus on a small number of business models at any one time, building deep domain knowledge and expertise
• We do our own thinking, making decisions from first principles and going where that takes us rather than blindly following what’s ‘hot’ or trying to preempt how others will think
• Belief that Capital is commoditized, but Time is not
