Position Description

We are seeking a VP, Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Investigations to be responsible for enterprise-wide management of all of the Company’s litigation, dispute resolution efforts, internal and external investigations, and preventative law program....

The Associate General Counsel will work closely with and report directly to the General Counsel. This position will provide day-to-day legal advice and counsel to stakeholders throughout ProPT on a wide variety of legal issues. This is a generalist role for a multi-site healthcare provider, and specific responsibilities may shift based on the candidate’s experience and skills. Previous experience supporting real estate (lease reviews, landlord negotiations, renewal management) is preferred.
