Associate Corporate Counsel

Candle Media is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious associate corporate lawyer to join the legal department at Candle Media - a very exciting and growing global entertainment business. What You’ll Do:

Reporting to and working closely with the team’s Senior Legal Adviser based in London,  you will work across and support our corporate governance, compliance and corporate development initiatives. 

• You will give practical day to day legal advice across the full spectrum of corporate and governance arrangements that we enter into, including with our subsidiaries (e.g. Moonbug Entertainment and Hello Sunshine), third parties and on an intra-group basis
