Inland Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our real estate business, supporting property managers and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist property managers in managing commercial properties
• Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
• Manage tenant relations, including addressing tenant inquiries and resolving any issues
• Assist in the leasing process, including showing available properties to potential tenants and completing lease agreements
• Handle rent collections and ensure timely payments

POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Senior Director of Property and Project Management, landlords, contractors, maintenance technicians, and others to assist with managing all aspects of daily property operations for a growing portfolio that includes 21+ retail stores as well as donation centers, warehouses, charter school campuses, and a headquarters facility.
