Full Job Description

Inland Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our real estate business, supporting property managers and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist property managers in managing commercial properties
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
  • Manage tenant relations, including addressing tenant inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Assist in the leasing process, including showing available properties to potential tenants and completing lease agreements
  • Handle rent collections and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of property management processes and local regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
