Administrative Assistant, Operations & Logistics - Part Time - In Person Neptune

Move For Hunger is seeking a part-time administrative assistant up to 18-20 hours per week to work out of our office/warehouse in Neptune, NJ, this position is not eligible for remote/telework. We are looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damage to inventory. The Logistics Specialist will also work with episodic volunteer support in the shipping and receiving department, and other duties as assigned. This person will have to be able to lift 40lbs. This position will report directly to the COO and the Events Coordinator.
