Addiction Counselor

2nd Chance Clinic in Lexington, KY is an addiction treatment center serving adults in the greater central Kentucky area. We are currently seeking experienced, self-motivated Licensed Counselors to become part of our behavioral health care team. We are looking for someone with one of the following: CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, MFTA, LMFT, LCADCA, LCADC.

In this position you will coordinate the psychological therapy to aid the patient in identifying a progressive timeline for addressing the causes of addiction. You will design an individualized strategic care plan to assist the patient in recovery through both individual and group therapy.

We have in-person and telehealth options.

We are looking at the following work schedules:

• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday- Saturday
• Saturday - Part-time
• Other schedule options can be discussed - we are very flexible
