Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• State licensure or certification as a Mental Health Counselor or Substance Use Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LADC, etc.).
• Experience in providing counseling or therapy services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices for treatment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach in working with diverse populations.
