The employee will play a crucial role in contract compliance management for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Our team members should have the ability to review client contracts and ensure work expectations are met. They should have the capability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with others. Our employees must be comfortable working in various facilities such as industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc., with varying air quality, temperature, and physical environments....

• As a leading provider in building maintenance, City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor / Night Manager to join our team.
• Your shift will typically run from 6 PM to 12 AM, 1-3 nights per week, during which you’ll coordinate night crews and inspect various accounts, ensuring all cleaning tasks are executed to the highest standard.

• Conducting detailed inspections of all facilities to ensure compliance with established cleaning standards.
• Training and managing janitorial crews, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Communicating effectively with both crew members and the 1st shift management team to address any issues or special requests.
