Solar Site Manager in Texas

As the Solar Site Manager at Scout, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Scout’s Markum Solar Farm located on ranch land in McLennan and Bosque Counties, TX. You will work closely and coordinate with project stakeholders and supervising site personnel to implement protocols to optimize solar energy production while ensuring safe and efficient operation of the solar installation. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, from planning to completion. 
• Site Operations: Oversee the daily operations of solar sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices. 
• Personnel Management: Supervise on-site personnel, including technicians and maintenance staff. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
